Your questions are very important to us. Our standard office hours are Monday through Friday 10 AM to 2 PM or feel free to speak with one of our Aquatic Directors.

We understand that you may not be able to attend all your classes and therefore our program includes one free makeup per semester of seven classes or more. Please inquire about details and restrictions (makeups must be done during the semester of the missed class). Makeup classes can be given before or after your regularly scheduled class, when available. You may have to do a makeup on another day or location in order to take advantage of this policy. It is always in your best interest to attend every scheduled class so as to maintain the consistency for both the instructor and the learning environment.

Students are allowed to sign up at any time during the year; classes are pro-rated based on the amount remaining at the time of signup.

Payments may be made by check, cash, or a major credit card. If, after attending your first class, you do not wish to continue for any reason you will receive a full refund minus the cost of your first class.

Lessons are now available throughout Manhattan's Upper East Side, Upper West Side, Lincoln Center, Murray Hill, Tribecca, Battery Park City and many others, as well as in Queens (Forest Hills, Jackson Heights), New Jersey (Woodcliff Lake, Hilton and Park Ridge, Marriott), and Long Island (Sheraton, Smithtown).
