Office and Pool Policies
Please review and observe the following policies. If you have any questions call our main office at 1(888)794-6692. RELEASE FORM: Our insurance policy requires that all swimmers and participants sign our Release Form before entering the pool. If you choose not to sign the form, you will not be able to participate in the program that day because it is our responsibility to make certain that each person is properly insured. For a copy of this form please press “RELEASE FORM” HEALTH CLUB RULES: All individual health club and Board of Health rules will be strictly enforced. Please see your TMTTW Director or call the office if you have any questions. NO EATING: There is no food allowed in any of our facilities. Please do not allow children to eat at least one hour prior to their lesson. If your child gets sick you may be asked to leave the program to maintain the safety and well being of the other students and the program. ADULT MUST STAY BY POOL: All students under the age of 17 yrs must be accompanied by an adult at all times when entering and departing the building and during the swim program. WATER DIAPERS: Children 3 yrs. and younger and/or not toilet trained MUST wear water diapers or they WILL NOT be allowed to swim. PAYMENT: Full payment is due by your first day of class. If no payment has been received by that time, your credit card will be charged by the second week of your scheduled class. CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS/CREDITS: When registering for a semester you will be held accountable for that first class whether you attend it or not. For the first class only, a full refund (minus the cost of that first class) will be given should you cancel within 72 hours of your second scheduled class. For the second class and thereafter, the remaining cash value of the classes will be frozen upon proper notification, (72 hours prior to your next class). The credit may be used for anytime, up to one year. There are no cancellations for the last three weeks of a semester. NOTIFICATIONS: All notifications including cancellations; must be made at least 72 hours prior to your next class. MAKE-UPS: If you miss a class, only one make-up is provided for students enrolled in 7 classes or more per semester. To schedule a make-up, call the main office no earlier than one day prior to the day you want to take the make-up. All make-ups must be done during the semester in which you missed the class. (Make-ups will NOT be given during the first and last weeks of the semester). If Take Me To The Water must cancel a class, a make-up class may be scheduled. In the event an instructor is unable to teach, Take Me To The Water reserves the right to substitute an instructor without any prior notice. If you intend on missing any classes, we would appreciate if you would notify the office in advance so that we may use your swim slot for a make-up for another student.
